About Piglet
Piglet is curious, affectionate and incredibly eager to learn.
Piglet loves being close to her people and, more than anything, she loves to love you.
After just one week in foster care this clever girl has already learnt to sit (she waits patiently for her dinner until she’s told she can eat) and she is very close to mastering shake. She picks things up quickly and genuinely enjoys learning new things.
Piglet is housetrained, gets along well with other dogs and is a lovely little walking companion. She does well on her walks and absolutely loves a good sniffathon, taking her time to investigate every interesting smell along the way. 🐽
She also loves puzzles and enrichment, so she would thrive in a home that keeps her clever little brain busy.
And one of Piglet’s sweetest little quirks? She absolutely LOVES good mornings. 🥹💕 She is the kind of girl who makes waking up to a new day that little bit happier.
Piglet is sweet, smart, curious, affectionate and full of personality. She’s ready to find a family who will include her in their everyday life and give her all the love she so happily gives in return.
Piglet would be best living with another dog and loves children (best over 8 years old).

Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
