Meet Gareth

Gareth is a sweet boy who is finding the shelter environment a little overwhelming. At the moment, he is quite scared and has understandably shut down, making it difficult for him to show us his true personality.

Gareth will need a patient and understanding person who is willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel safe. He may be quiet and unsure at first, but we believe that once he is in a calm and loving home, away from the stress of the shelter, he will slowly begin to warm up and let his personality shine.

With patience, kindness and plenty of reassurance, Gareth has every chance of becoming a lovely, affectionate companion. He just needs someone willing to look past his initial shyness and give him the chance to show them who he really is.

Gareth is part of our Rescue or Rehome program, where we are committed to finding homes for cats and kittens who simply cannot cope in the shelter environment.
