Ponyo

Ponyo is a sweet, gentle boy who just needs a little time to feel brave.

He can be quite timid when things are unfamiliar and may flinch if he's unsure, but there's already one very good way to get his attention: treats! Ponyo is definitely food motivated and will happily follow a tasty treat with great interest, which can be a lovely way to start building trust with him.

He's not the kind of cat who will immediately throw himself into your arms, but with a calm approach, some patience and perhaps a few snacks along the way, Ponyo can get to know his new person without feeling rushed. He's a lovely boy who deserves a home where he can settle in at his own pace and let his confidence grow.

We encourage you to come and meet Ponyo at our North Melbourne shelter as soon as possible, as our cats cannot be placed on hold.
