About Annie
After being found with an injured wing and needing a safe place to rest for a while, it was discovered that Annie’s interesting eye colour was actually a genetic condition that means her vision is limited, but don’t worry, she certainly isn’t!
Despite her condition, Annie is a tenacious and determined bird, who has very quickly learned how to slow her flight to give herself a little extra time to calculate her landings. When on the ground, she is intent on her mission, whatever it may be, exploring, foraging, climbing you or looking very closely at your face.
She is a young bird with lots of energy and would do best in a space that doesn’t change too often, and has high contrasting colours.
Annie is apart of our ASSISTED REHOMING PROGRAM
Medical notes
Annie is suspected to have a genetic condition that has impaired of sense of depth and vision.
