About Hardy
Hardy is a sweet young cat who is still learning to trust new people, but thrives when interactions are consent based and treats are offered as well. He can be playful, and is likely to become more playful once settled into your home! He enjoys gentle pats (especially when treats are involved). He needs an understanding, quiet home as it takes him a little bit of time to adjust to new environments and people - but he is well worth the dedication.
Hardy is very cat social and becomes much more confident and playful when he has a feline friend around. He would love to go to a home with another cat in it, with slow and managed introductions in the home. His ideal home is one with adults only, or quiet cat-savvy teens, who understand that love and patience are the key to his heart.
If you have a confident cat at home and would love another sweet addition, Hardy might be your guy!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
