Jackson

Jackson is a gorgeous 1-year-old Staffy mix with a whole lot of love to give. This sweet young boy is affectionate, lovable and just waiting to find someone who will help him discover how wonderful the world can be.

Jackson seems to have missed out on some important socialisation during his early life, so new people, places and experiences can feel a little overwhelming for him. He can be wary at first, but with patience, kindness and plenty of positive reassurance, we believe Jackson will blossom into a confident and happy companion.

Jackson would love a calm and quiet home where he can take things at his own pace and have someone who understands that building trust is a journey. A calm, confident doggy friend would also be wonderful for Jackson, as he could really benefit from having a canine companion to show him the ropes and help bring him out of his shell.

Jackson came into care with his littermate. While we are very happy for them to find separate homes where they can each have a lovely new doggy friend, we would also consider an adoption where someone fell in love with both of them!
