💙🐾 Meet Wren — A Sweet Soul with a Big Heart! 🐾💙
Say hello to Wren, a wonderfully loving and friendly boy who has a heart full of affection and a serious love for his feline friends! 🥰🐱 He’s a social little man who absolutely adores having other kitties around to play with, chase, and spend his days alongside. 🐾💕
Wren might not be the type to constantly demand to be picked up or carried around — in fact, he’d much rather keep all four paws firmly on the ground! 😂🐾 But that doesn’t mean he isn’t affectionate. Once he’s settled beside you, Wren is more than happy to become your personal weighted pillow! 🥹💙 He loves curling up right next to his humans for a cosy cuddle and being close to the people he trusts.
He can be a little shy when he first meets you, but give him some time, patience, and plenty of treats, and you’ll soon see his sweet personality shine through. ✨ And speaking of treats… Wren is highly food motivated! 🍗👀 He’ll happily do just about anything when there’s a tasty reward involved!
Wren would love a home where he can have plenty of companionship, playtime, affection, and the chance to build a special bond at his own pace. 🏡💙 He may not be a lap cat in the traditional sense, but once he chooses you, he’ll happily be your little shadow, cuddle buddy, and very adorable weighted blanket. 🥰🐾

Our adoptable cats are indoor-only to keep them safe, healthy and happy. We ask all adopters to provide a secure indoor home where their new companion can thrive.
For all cats under 12 months old, Rocky Roads Rescue has a strict, no single kittens adoption policy. Solo adoptions will only be permitted if specified in the cat's profile.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
