About Barnaby
Meet Barnaby! He is a handsome young man who loves a cheek scratch or two! He can be shy in new environments, so he would love a family who can help him settle into his new home. Barnaby is looking for a loving home where he can spend his days lounging on the couch and finding all those wonderful sunny spots by the window!
He is still a young man, though, and once he is settled into his forever home, his more playful side may emerge! Having some cat trees, tunnels and toys will help keep him entertained while his family is out.
Barnaby will need to be kept indoors to protect his light features from the sun.
He may be suited to a home with a friendly feline companion. They would need a slow introduction to each other in the home to ensure they start their friendship on the right foot.
Barnaby is family-friendly, but he may not be used to living with small children, so they will need to understand that he may need some space from time to time.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
