Juno

Juno is a handsome young Staffy puppy with a fun-loving personality and a heart full of affection. Like most puppies, he's curious about the world around him and is embracing every new experience with enthusiasm. He loves being around people and is happiest when he's included in family life, whether that's joining you on an outing, playing in the backyard, or curling up nearby once the day is done.

Juno is a clever boy who is already showing how eager he is to learn. In foster care he has learnt to use the doggy door and is beginning to pick up basic skills such as sit, lead walking and recall. He's still very much a puppy and will need a family committed to continuing his training and helping him grow into a well-mannered adult dog. Toilet training is still a work in progress, but he's making good progress and just needs patience, consistency and guidance.

He sleeps well overnight in his crate and settles nicely when left alone. Like many puppies, he will let you know when he's awake and ready to get out, but overall he has adapted well to a household routine. Juno has also become comfortable with everyday household noises such as the vacuum cleaner, doorbell and general family activity, taking new experiences in his stride.

Juno absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys making new canine friends. He can be quite playful and enthusiastic, so he is still learning appropriate boundaries and social skills. Continued positive socialisation will be important as he grows, helping him develop into a confident and well-rounded companion. He has also learnt how to relax alongside the rest of the household in the evenings, showing that he has an affectionate and settled side beneath all that puppy energy.

As a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Juno is likely to grow into a loyal, people-oriented dog who thrives on companionship and being part of the family. Staffies are known for their loving natures, intelligence and happy personalities. They do best with owners who can provide ongoing training, regular exercise, mental enrichment and plenty of opportunities to socialise.
