Sasha is a wonderful older lady with a beautifully gentle and kind nature. A Great Dane cross, she’s well past the puppy chaos and is happiest enjoying the quieter things in life — relaxing, spending time with her people and soaking up a few well-deserved pats.

She is house trained and walks beautifully on the lead without pulling. Sasha is also quite independent and is perfectly happy chilling in her own space, but when she decides it’s time for some affection, she’ll wander over and give you a gentle nudge to let you know the pats are required!

Sweet, calm and easy-going, Sasha would make a lovely companion for someone looking for a gentle older girl to share their life with. 🐶💕

Realistically, due to her large size and age (for a Dane), we won't be able to fly Sasha to her new family - so we are looking for a 'local to Broome' adopter, or someone willing to drive to pick her up.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.

2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.

3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.

4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Puppies may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
