Hi, I’m Gracie! I’m a beautiful young girl who is learning to trust humans. I’m still quite scared and a little unsure about life inside a house, but I’m only young and have plenty of time to discover just how lovely being someone’s much-loved cat can be. Every little step is progress, and with patience and absolutely no pressure, my confidence will continue to grow.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’ve met an 18-month-old toddler while in care and decided that hiding was definitely the better option. A home with children may still be possible, but I would need quiet, respectful children who understand that I need space and time to feel safe.
I’m accustomed to living around other cats and may benefit from having a confident feline friend to help show me that home life is safe.

I haven’t met any dogs while in care, so we don’t yet know how I would respond to a canine companion.

Likes / Dislikes
✅ I like safe spaces, other cats, quietly observing what’s happening around me and being allowed to take things at my own pace.

❌ I dislike being rushed, unexpected touching and situations where I feel frightened or cornered.

My PURR-fect home would be a quiet, patient one with someone who understands that I’m not going to arrive as an instant lap kitten. I’m young, I’m learning, and I have so much potential, so I need someone who will celebrate my little milestones and allow me to decide when I’m ready for the next one. Give me time, security and kindness, and I’m sure I’ll blossom.
