Better than Bonnie Doon in The Castle! We like to think of her as more of a Bonnie-Jane. 💕 This pretty little girl is a softie who would be straight into the pool room if that's where you are, because more than anything, Bonnie loves being with her people.
Bonnie is new to pet life and is taking it all in her stride. With some TLC, she is thriving and showing what a lovely, clever girl she is. She enjoys learning new things and is currently very proud of her "shake"!
She is also a gentle all-round good girl with excellent doggy manners. Bonnie is small-dog friendly and has shown herself to be cat tolerant too. She has very good social skills with other dogs, politely giving them their space while always being ready to join in for a cuddle when the opportunity arises. She is currently happily living as part of a pack of five greyhounds.
Bonnie loves her walks, but she's not looking for a marathon. A gentle 15-minute walk once a day, or even better twice a day, is plenty to keep her happy. She walks beautifully on lead and enjoys meeting people along the way or when visitors come to the home. She is gentle with people, doesn't jump up and is proving to be an excellent work-from-home companion.
Bonnie would be very happy to have a doggy sibling in her forever home, but she could also be quite content as your one-and-only if she gets plenty of love and attention. Having friends or family with dogs would certainly be a bonus for this social little girl.
If you're looking for a mature girl without the youthful "exuberance", Bonnie could be your special girl. She is sweet, gentle, clever and wonderfully easy company, and she's ready to find her very own pool room to call home. 🩷
At Homeward Bound Hounds, we pride ourselves on matching the right dog to the right family. We need to know more about you and your home to find the best possible match.
