About Tomato
Tomato is a curious girl who loves to explore and investigate her surroundings. She can be a little unsure at times, so she will need gentle, patient and predictable interactions while she settles in and gets to know her new people.
She would do best with cat-savvy adopters who can provide a calm, quiet home with a consistent routine. A safe room will be essential to help Tomato transition comfortably, along with plenty of environmental enrichment, a cat tree and a large scratching post.
Tomato may also benefit from having a friendly, confident role-model cat around to help show her the ropes and build his confidence.
With the right home and a little patience, we think Tomato will grow into a wonderful companion. She might just be the perfect addition to your family!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
