There’s something very special about a senior dog, and Nala is a beautiful example of why.

At 12 years young, this gentle Husky girl has a heart full of love and a quiet sweetness that makes her incredibly easy to adore.

Nala is the kind of girl who is perfectly content simply being near you. She doesn't need to be involved in everything that's happening and she's quite happy to wander off and do her own thing when she feels like it.

She has a lovely independent side to her, but underneath that is a very sweet girl who enjoys affection and appreciates having someone around.

These days, Nala is much more interested in comfort than chaos.

Give her a nice spot to settle into, somewhere peaceful to relax and a little bit of love, and she'll be happy. She'd much rather spend her time enjoying the simple pleasures than worrying about what everyone else is doing.

And after 12 years of life, who could blame her?

Nala deserves a home where she doesn't have to ask for much. A soft place to rest, gentle companionship, someone to give her a pat when she comes looking for one, and most importantly, a family who will love her unconditionally.

She's a senior girl with plenty of love still left to give, and we'd love nothing more than to see her spend her golden years feeling safe, comfortable and cherished.
