Dozer is a 3-year-old male Jack Russell mix and a scruffy little lad with a gentle, nervous nature. He can be quite unsure of new people and situations, so he'll need a patient adopter who understands the importance of taking things slowly and building trust at his pace. Once Dozer feels safe and comfortable, he really does want to be around his people and will reward you with his companionship.

Dozer would be best suited to an adult-only home where he can enjoy a calm environment and have time to settle in. He does have a strong chase instinct towards cats, so a home without cats is essential.
