😺 Loves other cats, and would love to be adopted with another cat or into a home with a feline friend or two. Preferably with his friend Clover.
🐶 Untested with dogs, but would likely be fine with a slow introduction.

Rowan may be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time and you’ll discover the sweetest little lovebug underneath. He’s not quite a lap cat, but he absolutely loves a good pat and will happily roll over for belly rubs once he feels comfortable.

Rowan is also a very chatty, particularly when he wants to play, which, in his opinion, is basically all the time! He is an active and playful cat who loves to run, jump and chase after toys, so he would thrive in a home where he can enjoy plenty of enrichment. When he’s ready for a break, you’ll often find him perched on a windowsill, happily watching the world go by.

Sudden movements and loud noises can still startle Rowan, but he is becoming more confident every day. He is also VERY food motivated, which is sure to be a helpful tool as he continues to build his confidence. Once Rowan trusts you, his sweet and affectionate personality really begins to shine.

Rowan and Clover were both found as strays and are an incredibly close pair. In fact, they went into the trap together at the same time, something that is very rarely seen when trapping stray cats. Their strong bond has continued to grow in care, and they clearly take comfort in having each other around. We’d absolutely love for Rowan to find a home with his good friend Clover ($500 for the pair!), but it’s not essential. Most of all, he just needs a patient, loving home where he can feel safe and loved. 🖤
