š¶ Personality
Gus is a super smart, energetic and playful boy who loves having something to do. Heās food motivated, eager to learn, great with kids and always ready for his next adventure!
š Training
Gus is proving just how clever he is, quickly mastering the tricks his foster family has introduced. He can sit, wait for his dinner, sit pretty (beg) and is learning to lie down. Heās also learning to speak and picking it up quickly!
His enthusiasm for learning is fantastic. Heās learning to offer his tricks when excited rather than jumping up for attention, and heās even mastered sitting on other dogs, people and objects! š¤£
Gus has been enjoying more walks, happily trotting alongside the pram and choosing to stay close to his foster carer rather than running ahead with the other dog. He walks well alongside his foster brother, Axel, and may benefit from some extra encouragement and treats while building confidence on solo walks.
He sleeps inside in a crate at night, settles quickly for bedtime and naps, and has had no accidents in his crate. š¤ Heāll benefit from ongoing training, puppy school and plenty of opportunities to put his clever brain to work.

Gus would suit an active family who enjoys training, adventures and keeping a clever, energetic pup mentally and physically stimulated. He has the brains and enthusiasm to excel at learning new skills, making him a great candidate for a home interested in dog sports or other activities that give him a job to do.
Medical notes
The desexing procedure is typically performed once the puppies reach a minimum age of 24 weeks. It is a mandatory requirement that all puppies are desexed by the age of 26 weeks, unless there is written veterinary advice indicating otherwise. A contractual agreement specifying the commitment to desexing by the specified due date is required for completion.
Upon submission of documented evidence confirming the desexing procedure, a refund of $250 will be issued, and ownership transfer will be facilitated. Ownership transfer will not be processed until valid proof of desexing is provided via email.
It is important to note that all our dogs and puppies undergo microchipping, vaccination, and receive preventive measures against parasites as part of our standard practices.

~As a working breed I will need lots of training, exercise & mental stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
