Hi, I’m Roibeárd (ROH-bard), but my foster family calls me Bob. I’m a sweet, gentle boy with an adorable cheeky side.

Nature
I absolutely adore my food and make sure everyone knows it, crying for breakfast every morning and dinner every evening right on schedule! If you’re not watching, I’ll also happily check whether any of my siblings have left a few leftovers behind.

I’m still learning that the world isn’t such a scary place, so I’ll need a patient home where I can continue to build my confidence.

I’ve started to enjoy playing with my toys and love climbing, exploring and finding new vantage points to survey my surroundings. A cat tree would be a dream come true for this adventurous little guy.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I enjoy the company of other cats and have been watching the adult cats in my foster home, learning from them that humans are kind and safe. Having a confident feline friend in my new home would help me continue to flourish.

I’m used to the noises of dogs, so with slow introductions, could adjust to a dog friend.

Likes / Dislikes
Since being in foster care, I’ve become increasingly comfortable with the sounds of a busy household, including the vacuum cleaner, barking dogs, the smoothie machine, kitchen appliances, visitors coming and going, and everyday family life.

My PURR-fect home would be a home with older children who understand that shy kittens need time, patience and kindness. I’ll need a patient family who will give me the time and space to settle in and continue building my confidence. Give me the chance to settle in, and I’ll reward you with a gentle, loving companionship, along with plenty of climbing adventures and enthusiastic mealtime reminders.

Medical Notes: Roibeard was exposed to Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. He did not show symptoms and was given the all clear by the vet.
