About Ducky
Hi, I'm Ducky!
I'm a curious, cheeky girl who's still figuring out what the world has to offer. And so far, I've decided the world has quite a lot going for it!
Right now, everything is new to me. New smells, new sounds, new textures, new games, new people! I've been taking it all in with wide eyes and a soft trill (my signature noise; I don't meow so much as chirp).
I've discovered that tunnels are excellent for high-speed zooming, and I’m a big fan of finding little hiding spots where I can watch the world without necessarily being part of it. Birdwatching has also become a major interest since arriving in care.
I’m currently in care with my brother Mocha. We can be adopted together, but we’re also able to find homes separately. I could likely live with another friendly cat after a careful introduction.
I like being near my people, slow blinking and weaving past just close enough that you know I’m there, then carrying on with whatever very important Ducky business I had planned. I’m not really a lap cat, I’m more of an orbiting cat!
What I'd love is a forever home with room to run and climb, maybe even with a secure catio for outdoor sniffing if I'm a really Lucky Ducky! Could that be with you?
