Hi, I'm Katy Purry! I'm a friendly young mum who had a rough start in life. When my foster mum rescued me, I was bone thin and caring for my four babies. I've been a loving and devoted mum, and now it's my turn to find a forever home of my own. I still look like a kitten myself, so I should adapt well to my new home.

I'm a former Spice Girl, which means I can be a little cautious around strangers. I'll probably hiss at new people at first, but don't take it personally! I usually only need a couple of days to realise you're safe, and then I'll happily rub against your legs for attention.

I'm friendly, but if something frightens me, I may growl to let you know I need some space. Once I realise the threat has passed, I settle down quickly. I've only been with my foster mum for a few weeks, so I'm still learning to trust. Looking after my babies while the resident cats hiss at me has been stressful, so I'm still finding my confidence.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I'm better suited to an adult-only household because children can sometimes overstep my boundaries while I'm still learning to trust.

I'm currently living with other cats, but I've been busy protecting my babies, so I haven't been letting them come too close and have been growling at them. My foster mum thinks I'll become much calmer around other cats once my kittens have all found their own homes.

I haven't met any dogs yet, but my foster mum thinks I could live with a small dog, as I'm good at setting boundaries.

Likes / Dislikes
❤️ I love chin rubs and purr loudly when I'm happy.
❤️ I enjoy my food, but I never seem to put on weight.

🚫 I don't like being overstimulated, so I prefer a calm, low-key environment.
🚫 I'm not a fan of strangers and will usually hiss at first, but I warm up within a few days.
🚫 I can be picked up, but I need to be handled gently because I can become startled quite suddenly.

My PURR-fect home would be with understanding adults who will give me the time, patience, and space I need to flourish, build my confidence, and learn to trust.
