About Caramel & Chocolate
Meet Chocolate and Caramel.
These sweet young boys where born in 2025 and still young.
They both enjoy snuggles. However Chocolate has a snuggle then he’s off to find somewhere to run around and adventures to be had. Caramel will sit for hours as long as treats are never far away. On this note both boys eat almost anything .They are not a fan of carrots just yet. Caramel is the food monster of the two and will finish off his bowl and demand it be refilled straight away and bring some dessert too.

Adoption details
Qld Guinea Pig Refuge holds open days at the Albany Creek Scout Den in North Brisbane on the first and third Saturday of each month. All adoptions require pre-approval and your application form should be submitted for processing at least two days prior.
The adoption fee for our guinea pigs is $25 each. Desexed guinea pigs are $35 each. They come fully health checked; worm and mite treated; and have been living at their foster carer’s house where they receive handling time.

Qld Guinea Pig Refuge is a guinea pig shelter dedicated to helping mistreated, abused, and unwanted guinea pigs in Queensland. To ensure they live a happy and healthy life, our guinea pigs are rehabilitated under our no euthanasia policy and then adopted under our strict adoption policy.
