About Freddie
Meet Freddie, the epitome of a chilled-out and loving canine companion. With his gentle demeanour and affectionate nature, he is bound to make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a devoted and warm-hearted dog. Freddie is content to spend lazy afternoons sleeping on your knee or even curling up next to you in bed, enveloped in the comfort of his beloved people's presence.
While Freddie loves to relax, he also enjoys playtime with other gentle dogs, easily blending into various social settings. His eagerness for daily walks is evident as he trots happily by your side, showing excellent manners on the lead. A true foodie, Freddie warmly welcomes snack time and has mastered the art of waiting patiently for his turn.
Freddie is friendly to everyone he meets, welcoming unknown visitors with a wag of his tail. When defending his garden, he becomes confidently vocal—a testament to his loyalty and protective instincts. Though untested with cats and children, Freddie’s calm and adaptable nature suggests he could easily adjust to new family dynamics. After all, he thrives in the company of others and fares well even when left with his doggy pals.

Adoption details
Thank you for your interest in adopting through our rescue.
If you are shortlisted, a member of our team will be in touch within 7–10 working days. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to enter into correspondence with unsuccessful applicants.
Shortlisted applicants will participate in a phone interview to help us assess the suitability of the home for the individual dog. The needs of each dog are our priority, and we will only proceed where we feel there is a strong match.
Successful applicants will have a meet and greet at a mutually convenient time with the foster carer. This will include introductions to all household members and any existing pets, as well as a property/fence check.
If all goes well, the dog may begin a 14-day trial period in the home to ensure the match is the right fit for both the dog and adopter. An adoption form will be completed and the adoption fee paid at this stage (fully refundable within the trial period if the placement is not suitable).
All relevant veterinary and adoption documentation will be provided upon successful completion of the trial period.
