Chop is a beautiful young lad with the gentlest nature and a very soft heart. He is affectionate, loving, mild-mannered and an absolute gentleman.
He has come to stay with us after circumstances meant his much-loved family could no longer keep him. They love him dearly and are heartbroken to have to find him a new home, so our priority is finding somewhere he will be genuinely cherished.
Chop is good-natured with people, children and other animals and has a calm, affectionate temperament. He would thrive in a home with a good-sized yard, room to stretch out and people who want a big, loving dog to become part of the family.
Chop is closely bonded with Moose, a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Rottweiler who is also being rehomed. They are being advertised separately only because the rehoming website requires individual listings. Our strong preference is to find them a home together, as they are a great source of comfort and companionship to one another.
He really is a big dog with a beautiful, gentle heart. We want his next home to be the one where he can settle in, be loved and grow old surrounded by his people. ❤️🐾
Please share, or contact me at mariapoulos@live.com if you think you might be the right home for Chop and/or Moose.

Our dogs and pups will only be adopted to homes where they are allowed inside to be part of the family. Real Estate approvals must state that this is permitted.
* Opportunities for socialization outside the home? Whilst some of our dogs are best in only dog homes, most of our dogs have been provided with lots of socialisation and will need this to be ongoing.
* Work commitments? How long will the dog be on their own?
* Why do you think this breed will be suitable for you? Breed type experienced owners will generally be given priority.
* Will you allow this pooch to live both inside and outside as part of the family?
* Yard check will be done to confirm you have a fully fenced secure yard and adequate shelter when the dog or pup is outdoors.
Wally's Doggie Rescue put a lot of time and effort into ensuring our dogs/pups are sociable and made to feel part of the family, so in considering adoptions, these are the type of things we will be looking for in a new family. He/she will be desexed,1st and 2nd vaccination, microchiped, wormed and flea treated regularly and a health check done by our vet .
