Robin

This is Robin another young wild mama from Eidsvold farm who came in a few months ago. While she isn't run through walls crazy anymore she hasn't made much progress in terms of socialising. Her sister Vivi is leaps and bounds ahead of her. She will eventually figure it out if given time.

She has learnt the most important skill in becoming friendly and that is food motivation. She will run towards you and go hypo for food and if someone could channel their undived attention into her with yummy feeds and physical contact every day she would be fine and become a super loving, very loyal cat.

She will need a quiet house with no kids and preferably other cats to keep her company. Strictly indoor only homes as she deserves to live a long safe life. Her adopter will need to have a bit of experience and not push boundaries leading to accidents. A large 42 or 48 inch dog crate is what she will need so you can interact with her and she will feel in control of her space. She will need to be fed only when you are sitting with her and touching her in some way until she gains her confidence/likes you and then can begin to explore wider spaces around the house. She will need a slow and steady approach, but shes going to be a great cat. Its a very rewarding experience.

Robin is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV tested and parasite treated.

All of the Eidsvold cats carry a very mild form of calicivirus which you may see as watery eyes and sneezes if she were to become very stressed or injured you could experience it. It's so mild its not worth much stress though as long as your cats are fully vaccinated.

I expect to see improvement in her social skills over the coming months and I'm in rush to rehome her until she is more confident, unless the perfect cat whisperer comes along
