Stone

Introducing Stone, a playful, affectionate young Rhodesian Ridgeback. Stone is looking for an active family who will include him in their day to day activities and take him on adventures. He'd love to be allowed indoors to spend quality time with his people. He adores his food and is eager to please. And he knows his sit and is picking up down very quickly. Stone comes from a previous home where there were other dogs, cats and children in the home - all of which he got on famously with. He is a little protective of his toys though and will keep them close if he thinks he's at risk of losing them to another. Stone settles nicely at night - will lay on his bed near you and sleep all night - and is very good at not toileting inside overnight. While Stone can be a little unsure and worried with close handling and restraint, if things are taken slowly and with treats, this will settle and he'll be right at home with you. He does become a little reactive with the dark but this relates to his slightly reduced vision. Here's a pet that will make a wonderful addition to any family and bring years of joy and companionship.
