If there was an award for the waggiest tail and happiest little bottom, beautiful Poppy would win paws down!

We believe Poppy is a dachshund cross foxy with possibly another breed in the mix, what we do know is that whilst Poppy does have a sensitive side, once she settles in with you she is sugar and spice and all things nice

This sweet and clever little girl has blossomed in foster care and is now searching for a loving forever home where she can continue to shine. Poppy's favourite place in the world is right beside her people — snuggled up on the sofa or tucked under a fluffy blanket in bed, with only her tiny nose peeking out. 💗

Poppy adores other small dogs, is housetrained, loves cuddles and companionship and is growing in confidence every day.

While we don't know much about Poppy's past, we suspect she may have come from a backyard breeding environment with little exposure to the world. Despite this, she has thrived in foster care and shown just how resilient and loving she is. All she needs is a kind, patient and understanding family willing to continue helping her confidence grow. She is not suited to a home with children under 12. Children over the age of 12 will need to be kind, gentle and respectful towards animals.

🐾 A home with another young, smaller, friendly dog for company
🐾 Someone who is home most of the time
🐾 A quieter home environment and area without heavy traffic or lots of noise
🐾 A reasonably active home that can get Poppy out for daily walks
🐾A family who will shower her with love, and give her time, space, and patience, during her settling in period
