About Yarra
Meet Yarra, a sweet boy who may need a little time and patience to warm up to new people. He can be a little wary at first, but once he feels comfortable, he enjoys pats and cheek scratches from his trusted people. Play is definitely the way to Yarra's heart, especially when his favourite butterfly toy is involved!
Yarra will do best with adopters who are happy to give him time to settle in and let him build trust at his own pace. Older children may be suitable for him, provided they are quiet, gentle and confident around cats.
Yarra is currently showing some symptoms of lower urinary tract disease and will be going onto a special prescription diet to help manage his symptoms. His future family will need to be comfortable continuing his dietary and veterinary care as recommended.
With patience, play and a little understanding, Yarra has the potential to become a lovely and affectionate companion for the right home.
