Hi, I’m Megsy, and yes, I know I’m fabulous.

Nature
I’m a confident, sassy lady with a big personality and absolutely no intention of fading into the background. I know what I want, I know what I deserve, and usually… it’s more pats.

I’m a super-friendly girl who absolutely loves people. If there’s a human nearby with two functioning hands, I expect at least one of them to be patting me. I adore attention, affection and being involved in whatever you’re doing — personal space is more of a suggestion, really.

I’ve got confidence for days, plenty of sass, and a sweet, loving side that makes me pretty hard to resist. I’ll happily soak up all the love you have to give and repay you by blessing your household with my glorious presence.

So, if you’re looking for a cat with personality, confidence and a whole lot of love to give, I think we both know you’ve found her.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’d be best suited to a home with older, gentle children, as I am a little more fragile than most cats.

I would be great as your only feline friend if you’re home more often than not (work from home). Otherwise, I think I’d enjoy the company of one other cat or dog friend, with slow introductions. I wouldn’t like being home alone all day.

Likes / Dislikes
I love playing! I’m a very active kitten who enjoys playing on cat towers and with toys.
I don’t have any dislikes.

My PURR-fect home would be with humans who will spoil me with lots of love and affection. If they aren’t home all the time, I’d love to have another furry friend to hang out with. I wouldn’t like being home alone all day.

*Megsy’s adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

Medical Notes: Megsy had cat flu, which is a respiratory infection. She was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.

Megsy had surgery on her left knee due to her patella luxating (sliding out of place). The knee is now stable and she is recovering well. It is recommended Megsy’s exercise levels are restricted for a further 2-4 weeks.

Megsy also has mild patella luxation in her right knee, not requiring surgery. It is believed her right leg will remain stable now that it does not need to compensate for her left. If it was to worsen in future, surgery may be required, this would be at the adopters expense.

Due to this condition, Megsy may be prone to early arthritis, and will need to be a strictly indoor only cat, although may enjoy access to a fully enclosed cat run.
