Hi Perth! I’m Wonton, and I’ve travelled all the way from Karratha to see what this fancy city life is all about.

Nature
I’m a very handsome tabby boy with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart. I’m confident, curious and adventurous, and I’m loving discovering all the good things about being a house kitty.

I’m also quite the conversationalist! If I can’t see my hooman, you might hear me chatting away to make sure they haven’t forgotten about me.

And when you ARE around? Well… prepare yourself for the Wonton smooch. I’ll climb straight into your lap, put my paws on your chest and smooch you because, frankly, I have important loving to do!

My foster hooman doesn’t know much about my life before coming to Perth. I was found in a pound, and the Angels stepped in to give me a second chance.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
Children would be fun, as I’d love to play and smooch, and most ages are okay as long as they understand that I need time and space to adjust to this new life.

I’ve settled into foster life beautifully and have met resident cats and other foster kitties. I’ve been polite and have been sharing my decompression room with a mumma cat and her kitten, and we’re getting along nicely. The kitten is fun and cute and spends time entertaining me. I may enjoy having a kitty companion in my forever home, but I could also be perfectly happy being your best mate and number-one smooch buddy.

My foster hooman is also introducing me to a dog this week, so we’ll see what I think about those funny four-legged creatures!

I’m doing really well with my new indoor kitty lifestyle, and I use my litter tray like a good boy. I’m a Full-Time Smooch Specialist.

No dislikes as yet. I was curious when the vacuum was out, and loud sounds haven’t really affected me, including traffic, planes or the vacuum.

My PURR-fect home would have a secure cat run where I can safely enjoy fresh air, outdoor enrichment and a little bit of adventure. I don’t need to roam — I just want a safe place to sniff, watch, explore and remember my country-boy roots.

Whether you have other friendly cats, a dog that passes my inspection, a house full of humans, or it’s simply you and me against the world, I’m ready to find my forever family.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
