Hello, I’m Edie! I’m a quiet and gentle little girl who is still working on my confidence, but underneath that shy exterior is a very sweet cuddlebug just waiting to come out.

Nature
I might take a little while to warm up, but once I feel safe, I absolutely adore a soft cuddle. I’m more of a “settle in beside me and let me decide when we’re ready” kind of girl.

I’m not one to demand attention from the rooftops. I prefer a quiet little corner, a cosy bed and a human who understands that sometimes the best things in life take a little time.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I adore feline companionship and would thrive with another friendly cat, especially one who can help me continue building my confidence.

I’d be happiest in a calm and patient home where I can take my time getting comfortable.

Loud noises and very busy environments can be a bit overwhelming for me, so I’d appreciate humans who understand my gentle nature.

My PURR-fect home would be a calm, loving indoor home where I can take my time coming out of my shell. I don’t need anything fancy — just patience, kindness, cosy places to sleep and a human who understands that my cuddles are extra special because I give them when I’m ready. Give me a little time and a whole lot of love, and I’m sure I’ll blossom into the beautiful, affectionate companion hiding underneath my shyness.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

If you would like to apply to adopt Edie, please come and meet her at Better Pets & Gardens Midland this Saturday from 10am until 2pm. She will be ready to go home with the first suitable family.

Medical Notes: Edie had Ringworm, a common fungal infection. She was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.
