Meet Millie – a little nervous to start with, and endlessly curious 🐾

Millie is a sweet, quirky two-year-old girl with a big personality and an even bigger voice! She is wonderfully chatty and loves to announce herself with little meows, chirps and conversations with her humans.

At heart, Millie is a bit of a nervous/scared girl to start with — but she is also incredibly curious. New people, movements and situations can make her unsure when she feels startled. But her curiosity often wins. Even when she’s nervous, she wants to come closer, investigate what you’re doing and be part of the action.

That’s what makes Millie surprisingly brave: she doesn’t have to stop being nervous before she explores. She explores while she’s still nervous.

She has made wonderful progress in foster care. Millie now takes treats directly from her foster carer’s hand, gets very excited about her meals, enjoys interactive play, explores outside her safe room and has started coming over for affectionate rubs on her own terms.

She would love a patient person who finds her little quirks endearing and is willing to let their relationship develop at Millie’s pace. Food, play and a predictable routine are definitely the way to this girl’s heart.
