Meet Toby!

You can probably tell from his meek photo, that Toby is pretty scared here at the shelter. We have been able to see through sending him to a foster home that this isn't exactly what he is like though. In a calm and safe home Toby thrived. He is playful, loves toys, enjoys wrestling with other kitty friends and can be quite confident in the right home.

He will need a home that doesn't expect him to be confident straight away and can help him get there. He loves private and cosy areas he can retreat to when life gets a little too much so if you have hidey holes, cave beds and small areas for him to crawl into and relax this would be perfect.

Toby is part of our Rescue or Rehome program, where we are committed to finding homes for cats and kittens who simply cannot cope in the shelter environment. If you can open your heart and home to him- or if you're a rescue group able to help - please reach out to us at adoptions@dogshome.com
