Somi

Somi has already been through more than any little kitten should, but this sweet girl is ready to leave the difficult part behind and start enjoying everything kitten life is supposed to be about.

Somi arrived in our care needing quite a bit of help, including treatment for a traumatic injury to her left hind leg. Unfortunately, the leg couldn't be saved and Somi underwent an amputation. Her surgery went well, she's recovering beautifully, and now this adorable little girl is ready for the best part of her journey: finding a loving home of her own.

After everything that has happened, Somi can understandably be a little shy while she figures out that she's safe. She's still only a baby, though, with so much growing, learning and discovering ahead of her. With gentle handling, positive experiences and plenty of love, she'll have every opportunity to build her confidence and let more of her sweet little personality shine.

Somi's new family will need to give her some extra TLC while she continues adjusting to life on three legs, but she certainly doesn't need anyone feeling sorry for her. What she needs is a family ready to give her a safe home, lots of love and the chance to simply get on with being a kitten.
