Hi friends, my name is Marmalade! I’m a sweet, sunny girl, and just like my name, I’m here to add a little zest and a whole lot of sweetness to your life.

I came to the lovely team at SCA after my previous owner had a sudden medical episode and was sadly no longer able to look after me. While it was a big change, I’m so grateful for the care they gave me. I’ve now been vet-checked, desexed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and I’m ready to bring my happy-go-lucky energy to a new forever home.

My foster family says I am the ultimate people-cat. If you sit down for even a moment, I will happily trot over to claim your lap, offering warm purrs, gentle headboops, and plenty of affectionate smooches. If you're on the move, I love to follow you around like a little shadow, just waiting to see what we're doing next.

When you're out of the house, I’m quite content to explore my surroundings, find a cozy spot to nap, and patiently wait for you to come home.

Because I’m so confident, friendly, and outgoing, I would fit beautifully into almost any family dynamic, including homes with gentle kids who love to play and cuddle. If you have other furry family members, I should do just fine sharing my space after a slow, patient introduction.

I am a very good girl with perfect litter box manners, and I am eating and drinking beautifully.
