Asha is a beautiful 2-year-old Kelpie x Staffy mix with a heart as big as her smile! She's a loving, people-focused girl who adores affection and is always eager to learn and please. If there's one thing Asha wants most, it's to be part of your world and share life's little adventures by your side. 🥰

Asha absolutely loves people, children and other dogs, and her favourite place is wherever her family is. She's an inside dog who thrives on companionship and would be happiest in a home where someone is around most of the time or where she has a friendly canine companion to keep her company. Being alone isn't her favourite thing—she much prefers being included in everyday family life. ❤️

This clever girl is highly motivated by food, praise and affection, making her a wonderful candidate for positive training. She's eager to learn and enjoys working for tasty treats and plenty of encouragement. Tennis balls and toys aren't really her thing, but give her some delicious treats and a little praise, and you've got her attention!

Since coming into foster care, Asha has grown increasingly relaxed and confident as she learns that she's safe and loved. She adores cuddles and affection and would happily spend her days close to her favourite humans. She's still polishing her manners and learning that keeping all four paws on the ground is the best way to ask for attention, so gentle, consistent guidance will help her continue to shine.

Out and about, Asha walks well on lead and is learning to stay focused when the world around her gets exciting. Cats certainly catch her attention on walks, but she's capable of resisting the urge to chase when asked. Her recall is usually good when there aren't too many distractions, and she absolutely loves car rides, making her a lovely companion for adventures! 🚗🐾

Asha is toilet trained, doesn't mind the occasional shower and isn't fussy about food. One of her sweetest little quirks is that she prefers having her person accompany her outside rather than venturing out alone. She really is happiest when she has her favourite humans nearby! 💕

Asha would thrive with a family committed to positive training, mental stimulation and plenty of companionship. In return, she'll offer you loyalty, affection and a beautiful friendship. She's a clever, loving girl who simply wants to belong and be included.
