Lizzy is a sweet young girl who is still learning and discovering the world. She's got a lovely nature, is enjoyable to walk, gets along well with other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for an active family looking for a dog to be a big part of their family.

Lizzy has a lovely, friendly personality and is a real little busybody; she is very curious about everything going on around her and loves to have a look at what you're doing. If there’s something sitting on the bench, you can guarantee Lizzy will want to investigate it! 😂

Children:
Lizzy has been great with the children in her foster home, who are aged 8 and 14 years. We haven't had the opportunity to see how she is around younger children.

🐶 Other dogs:
Lizzy is great with other dogs and enjoys their company. She is very energetic with her doggy friends: it's play, play, play - so she would be a great addition to a home with a similar sized, young dog, but is maybe not best suited to senior or toy sized dogs.

🚶‍♀️ Walking:
Lizzy is an absolute pleasure to walk. She walks beautifully on the lead without pulling and enjoys taking in all the smells and sights around her. She's definitely a nosey girl and loves checking everything out along the way!

🏡 At home:
Lizzy is settling into home life really well. She's affectionate, curious and loves being around her people. She's also very easily entertained by a good, solid chew toy. Her favourite is a Happy Staffy chew - give her one of those and she's a happy girl! ❤️🐾

Lizzy is ready now to find her loving forever home.

MEDICAL NOTES
Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, microchip (including transfer of ownership fee), flea and worm treatment and sterilisation.

Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos/video of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.

All adoption fees must be deposited into the Second Tale Animal Rescue (STAR) bank account in full before adoption trial starts, and please note, we cannot accept cash. The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.

After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of the microchip into the new owner's name, and email copies of the dog's vet records.
