About Lychee
Lychee is a gorgeous 14 mth old Border Collie who is full of energy, enthusiasm and potential. She displays all the typical traits of her breed and is always ready to go, she would probably happily run a marathon! Lychee would suit a Border Collie enthusiast or someone keen to learn about the wonderful world of dog sports. She would thrive with activities such as social herding, flyball, agility, dancing, Rally-O, obedience and nosework. She is a lovely, friendly girl who absolutely loves playing ball, ball is life, and it is her biggest motivator! Lychee enjoys meeting other dogs and, while she can display some appeasement and conflict behaviours during introductions, she is able to meet and interact. She can be enthusiastic when greeting people and may jump up at times, so continued training and guidance will help her develop her manners. Lychee is looking for an active home that can provide her with plenty of physical exercise, mental stimulation, training and opportunities to use her clever Border Collie brain.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
