About Travis
Travis loves people, enjoys the company of other dogs and, much to our delight, still has a soft spot for toys. Give him some space to stretch his legs in a big exercise yard and you'll see his playful side come to life as he happily trots, explores and enjoys himself.
Travis hasn't had what we'd call a traditional upbringing, so he's now looking for something he may not have experienced enough of before - a calm, safe and loving home where he can simply be a dog. He'll need a patient family who understands that settling into a new home, learning a new routine and figuring out all the wonderful things home life has to offer may take a little time.
Once he feels comfortable, we think Travis will be a wonderful companion. He loves his people and would be happiest in a quiet, calm and child-free home where life is peaceful and predictable.
Travis also enjoys the company of other dogs and may potentially be able to share his home with a feline friend too, provided introductions are slow, careful and supervised.
If you're looking for a gentle companion with a sweet nature, a love of people and just enough spring in his step to keep things interesting, Travis might be exactly the boy you've been waiting for.
