Lando is a beautiful boy who is looking for a special home where he can take things at his own pace. He is a very shy boy who can feel a little unsure when meeting new people, but underneath that initial nervousness is a sweet cat who simply needs time to feel safe and understand that he is in a loving, secure environment.

When Lando first meets someone new, he may give a little hiss. This is simply his way of saying, "I'm not sure about you yet!" He isn't being nasty or aggressive - he is just feeling nervous and trying to work out who you are. With patience, understanding and respect for his boundaries, Lando has the opportunity to blossom into a much more confident and comfortable boy.

Lando would be best suited to a calm, quiet home where he can settle in without too much noise or activity. He will need a family who understands that building trust takes time and who will allow him to come out of his shell at his own pace.

If there are children in the home, older children or cat-savvy children who understand how to respectfully interact with cats would be best. Lando will need children who can recognise when he needs space and allow him to approach them when he feels ready.
