About Peachy
Peachy is a lovely cat who thrives in a calm predictable environment. She came into care from a busy home where she felt fearful and started avoiding the people and choose to hide. For this reason she is better suited for a home as an only pet and no children. When her preferences are respected she is affectionate and will seek people out. She does enjoy treats and this can be used to help build trust. She may also become more playful once she is comfortable.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
