Louie

Louie is a gorgeous gentle giant with a playful, curious nature and plenty of affection to give.

Louie loves to play and can get very enthusiastic! He lives with a three-year-old Staffy and enjoys playing with him, although he can sometimes forget just how big he is. His play can be quite mouthy, but he responds well to other dogs and will immediately back down when they tell him they’ve had enough.

Louie has lived with teenagers and enjoys being around people. He doesn’t bark or cry, but he can get bored without enough enrichment, which can lead to digging. Toys, playtime and plenty of activities will help keep his clever mind occupied.

He is sweet, affectionate and eager to please, and once playtime is over, he’s happy to settle down for cuddles. Louie would suit a family who can provide plenty of exercise, enrichment, training and opportunities to play. A canine companion could also be a great match for his playful personality.

Louie is a big, goofy boy with a huge heart, and he’s ready to find a family who will help him continue growing into the wonderful companion he’s destined to be.
