About Rookie
Looking for a playful, affectionate companion who will be your shadow? Rookie might be your perfect match! Rookie is a lively and social young cat who might be a little bit shy at first, but warms up in no time at all and shows her true self!
Rookie needs to be indoors only, where she can receive plenty of love and attention! She'll need plenty to do to keep her busy, as a young cat with places to hide, boxes to sit in and toys to chase.
Rookie is best suited to teens and older kids who understand cats. She is all about having fun and needs a home that matches her energy, so could do well with another playful cat with slow and managed introductions. If you're on the lookout for your new bestie, then look no further than Rookie!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
