This happy, adventurous Kelpie boy is full of beans, confidence and a whole lot of ‘tude! He loves nothing more than ambushing his three siblings with a surprise wrestling match — because apparently, every play session needs a little chaos.
Slipper is an independent little explorer who loves heading off on backyard adventures, investigating anything and everything that looks interesting. But don’t worry, he always comes back to check in with his foster family… especially when there might be extra pats involved! ❤️
He’s a clever boy and is already getting the hang of the basics of toilet training, although he’s still a baby and will need plenty of guidance as he learns.
Slipper is going to grow into an energetic Kelpie, so he’s looking for an active family who understands working breeds and can keep his clever brain and busy body entertained. Adventures, training, play and mental stimulation will be right up his alley!
He’d love a well-behaved doggy mate to show him the ropes, and his new family must be committed to continuing his socialisation and training.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at https://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-process-forms/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
