About Zora
Zora is a beautiful eighteen month old German Shepherd who is looking for a special family to call her own.
Zora is a loving girl who enjoys human company and will do best with an experienced German Shepherd or large-breed owner who understands the breed and is prepared to provide her with the structure, consistency and clear boundaries she needs. A calm, stable home and patient guidance will help Zora continue to grow in confidence and settle into her new life.
She is looking for a family who will give her time to adjust to her new surroundings, while providing the love, guidance and companionship she deserves.
Zora is not suitable to go to a home with cats or pocket pets, so we are looking for a home without these animals.
If you have recently owned a German Shepherd or another large breed, understand their needs and believe you have the time, experience and commitment to give Indi the wonderful home she deserves, we would love to hear from you.
Zora is currently available for adoption in NSW, ACT, Queensland and Victoria. If you're interested in making her a cherished member of your family, you'll need to drive with your loved ones to meet her. Should she, for any reason, not be the perfect fit for your family, you would be responsible for either bringing her back to Sydney or helping us rehome him from your home.
If you have recently owned a German Shepherd or large breed dog, and understand German Shepherd and think you have the commitment to give her a new home, then please select the "Enquire about Zora" and we will send you an application form or go to our website and complete the application form.

We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
