Hi I’m Squid! I’m a super handsome boy that is looking for my fur-ever home!

Nature
I have a very sweet nature, but I am still nervous about being touched. I do allow the occasional affection, and I am getting better at trusting humans. For now, I still might move away if you try and touch me, but if I am snoozing, I will let you pat me. I need a family that will allow me the time I need to adjust and that understands I am still learning that humans can be trusted.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would not suit small children just yet as I am still wary, but that’s sure to change once I feel secure in my new home.

I love other cats of all ages and natures and am very respectful of them. I would enjoy having a feline friend in my new home!

I am not bothered at all by the resident dog, and I wander around him, not taking any interest.

My PURR-fect home would be a loving and understanding one. I am early in my journey to domestic life, but I’m loving being in the home, watching all the goings-on of the family. With my forever people, I am likely to continue to thrive on this path to being a loving member of the family. I can’t wait to meet you!

Medical Notes: Squid had Ringworm, which is a common fungal infection. He was treated for this and given the all clear by the vet.
