Prada is a beautiful black-and-white girl with a gentle soul, a growing confidence and a serious appreciation for the finer things in life: her people, pats, warm fuzzy beds, biscuits and plenty of playtime! 🐾 Prada came into care as a stray and, although she clearly had experience with people, she had been living outdoors and was unfortunately exposed to FIV. She has now tested positive and is looking for a very different life - one where she can stay safe, strictly indoors and wonderfully cozy.

The nervous girl we first met has discovered that she actually really loves her people! Prada enjoys getting pats and is happy to spend time with those she trusts. But she does have one very important boundary:
Pick me up and carry me around like a baby? No thank you. Absolutely not. 😂
Prada is a girl who likes to keep all four paws firmly on the ground, thank you very much!
She can tolerate other cats, but Prada likes to think things through before committing to a feline friendship. As she is FIV positive, any feline companion would need to also be FIV positive, friendly and respectful of her personal space. Prada is perfectly happy to coexist, but she'd like her feline roommate to understand that sometimes she requires a little "please admire me from over there" time. 😹

And then there's Prada's secret weapon... The Playful Prada! 🎉
She absolutely loves playing with toys, and watching her zoom around makes it hard to believe this is the same cautious girl we first met. Somewhere inside that sensible, thoughtful exterior is a crazy playful kitten just waiting to come out! 🐱💨

Prada would be happiest in a quiet adult home, or with older teenagers who understand that cats have boundaries and that trust is built at their own pace.
Living with Prada means getting to know a girl who has plenty of personality and isn't afraid to tell you exactly what she wants. She'll give you affection, biscuits, playtime and companionship - just remember that being carried around like a baby is not included in the Prada package. 😂

She's come a long way already, and we're excited to see just how much more this gorgeous girl can blossom in a safe, loving forever home.

Loves pats? Absolutely. ❤️
Loves her people? Definitely.
Loves toys? VERY much!
Being carried? Hard pass.
Feline friendships? Let's think about it... 🤔
FIV positive? Yes - and still completely fabulous. 🖤🤍
