Meet Splat

Splat is a very sweet, gentle boy who is finding life in the shelter quite overwhelming. He is a nervous cat and can struggle when surrounded by unfamiliar sights, sounds and people. Behind that shy exterior, though, is a big cuddle bug just waiting to feel safe.

Splat needs a quiet, loving home where he can take his time to settle in and learn that he is finally somewhere safe. He won't be the kind of cat who instantly runs over for cuddles - he needs you to be patient and let him come to you when he is ready.

But give Splat time, patience and lots of love, and you'll start to see his beautiful personality emerge. Once he trusts you and feels secure, we believe he will happily show you just how much of a cuddle bug he really is.

Splat is looking for someone special who understands that building trust takes time. In return, you'll have the incredibly rewarding experience of watching a frightened boy blossom into a loving and affectionate companion.
