Archie

Archie is a gorgeous koolie x kelpie with a big heart, plenty of energy and a serious love of life!

This athletic boy is looking for an active family who will include him as part of the family and take him along on plenty of adventures. Whether it’s exploring, training, playing or learning new things, Archie is happiest when he has something to do.

He is a very trainable boy and already knows commands including “sit”, “on your mat” and “in your crate”. When he gets overly excited or overstimulated, his crate is a fantastic tool for helping him settle and switch off. Despite being crate trained, Archie is mostly an indoor dog and sleeps beautifully on his mat at night without needing to be crated.

Archie loves other dogs and gets along well with everyone he meets. He would particularly enjoy having another dog in the home who is a similar size and has the energy to keep up with him.

Underneath all that Kelpie enthusiasm is an incredibly loyal boy who forms strong bonds with his people. He wants to be part of your world and would thrive with a family who enjoys an active lifestyle and is prepared to continue his training and give him plenty of mental and physical stimulation.

Archie could potentially be an absolute star at agility or another dog sport. He's athletic, intelligent and eager to learn.

A securely fenced property or indoor living is essential for this active boy. Archie wants a human who is ready to get out there and do things with him!

He's been well cared for, enjoys a quality diet and is kept up to date with regular parasite prevention.
