Meet Miki - A 5-year-old Maltese X looking to leave the shelter life behind her and settle into her forever loving home!

Miki may be small in size, but she makes up for it with her big, cheeky personality! Miki loves to zoom around and chase after a ball; that is the way to her heart. She would love nothing more than for someone to give her a chance and allow her to give all the love she has to offer!

The shelter environment is not Miki's cup of tea; therefore, she may not present her full personality and charm straight off the bat. With a bit of time and care, Miki will start to flourish and show you just how special she is. All she needs is someone who will be patient and respect her boundaries, and in return she will be the best doggo companion.

Miki is a bit unsure of other dogs at the moment, so she will need to be the only dog in the home where she can reign as Queen! Miki is also best suited to a home with secondary-aged children and older, who will understand when she needs space and provide a calm home environment where Miki can grow her confidence at her own pace.
