Adoption information
About Lucy
Lucy is a sweet and affectionate girl who would love a calm, loving home where she can take her time settling in and enjoy plenty of one-on-one attention. She can be a little shy initially, but once comfortable, she enjoys gentle pats and showing her affectionate side.
Lucy would prefer to be the only cat in her new home, so she can have all the attention to herself. She may suit a home with gentle older children, teenagers or adults who understand the importance of giving her space and allowing her to approach in her own time.
Lucy must be kept safely indoors to help keep her happy and protected. Her gorgeous coat will also benefit from gentle, regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best.
If you're looking for a loving companion who will blossom with patience and kindness, Lucy could be your girl.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
